ACT II STUDIO FORMS: NEW & RENEWAL MEMBER APPLICATION

MEMBER BENEFITS
Membership is contingent on an annual donation to The Estelle Craig ACT II STUDIO as well as attendance in at least two ACT II STUDIO courses per academic year. Our members receive various benefits for their involvement. These currently include:
Communications:
Receive all Estelle Craig ACT II STUDIO news blasts, newsletters, special updates, and course calendar.
Acting:
- May perform at matinées, including the singing matinée
- May audition for and act in productions (after completing tech credits)
Participate in:
- Play Reading Workshops
- Scenes from the Shaw and Stratford festivals for our lecture series (tech credits not required)
Playwriting
- Participate in the Playwright Circle
- Submit plays for review by the play selections committee
- Have plays read at a Play Reading Workshop
- Note: The playwriting group has other prerequisites which must be met in addition to having a current membership
Note that donations are tax-deductible and a receipt will be issued by Ryerson University.
Some local businesses have agreed to provide discounts to our members, with proof of membership. These are currently:

Additional benefits may be added from time to time. In addition, always show your membership card to any theatre-related vendor and ask if there is a discount. Many will accommodate.
PRIVACY POLICY
The Estelle Craig ACT II STUDIO is committed to our members’ privacy. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise provide membership information to any outside organization. Your email address and your telephone number will only be used by ACT II STUDIO to communicate with you. If your email address or your telephone number changes, please let the office know.
act2studioWORKS uses an external service to do our online ticketing, which requires the use of a credit card. Please rest assured that act2studioWORKS respects your privacy and is bound by the requirements of privacy legislation in Ontario. We use your provided contact information only for act2studioWORKS’ communications. You may opt out of our communications through the contact identified below.
For the purpose of online ticket purchasing with a credit card, act2studioWORKS uses the third party services of Arts People, an online ticketing agent in Portland, Oregon. Arts People securely collects and stores your personal information (only as required for the reservation, ticketing and payment processes) and complies with all required Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards to ensure the protection of sensitive information. Credit card information is used by Arts People for the payment process. No credit card numbers are stored after the sale is complete. Neither Arts People nor act2studioWORKS will trade, sell, or otherwise share your personal contact information (name, address, phone number, or email) with any other party. Any questions or concerns about the data privacy and security practices of act2studioWORKS or its third party affiliates should be directed to privacy@act2studio.ca
