Wanting to become a member for the first time?
It’s easy!
If you’re a new member OR a temporary member who wants to transition to active membership, complete the Membership Form below and e-mail it to membership@act2studioworks.ca.

If you’re a returning member with no changes to your personal information,
there’s no need to complete the Membership Form!
You can send us your payment in one of two ways:
- by e-transfer, sent to treasurer@act2studioworks.ca — no password required!
(Please put Membership 2023-2024 and your name in the message field. - by cheque, payable to act2studioWORKS and mailed to: Michael Treuman, 535B Mt. Pleasant Road, Toronto, Ontario M4S 2M5
You can choose from one of these options:
Annual Membership Fee is $75 and we always welcome donations.
As soon as you become a member, you’ll enjoy all the benefits of membership as outlined on the Membership Form.
